Every Sivananda yoga class contains initial relaxation, breathing exercises, asanas and final relaxation.
Individual asanas are intertwined with a short relaxation, aimed at calming the breath, feeling the benefits of a given position and the free flow of energy.
The asanas are arranged in a fixed order to stimulate the endocrine system.
It is worth doing most asanas with closed eyes, because it has a huge impact on the development of body awareness.
