What is yoga about?
Yoga is not about advanced and complicated poses. Yoga helps us to achieve inner stillness.
Regular practice teaches us to live life carefully and helps to find out our individual limits, expanding boundaries and gives the possibility of complete relaxation and forgetting about the speeding world.
During the practice, it is not important whether the person next to you is more stretched or stronger than you or maybe vice versa. Yoga gives you time to focus your mind at a particular moment, on yourself, on your emotions, feelings and finally on HERE and NOW. It's time only for you. (read more on the blog)
